SECTION 2 - ORDERS & PAYMENTS

When you place an order with us, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and shipping details. Payments are processed via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, or cash on pickup for local orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING

We offer Australia-wide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location. We do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on circumstances outside our control.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty. If your bash bar does not fit due to previous vehicle damage, we do not offer refunds, as our products are designed to fit cars that have never been in a crash or sustained structural damage.

For custom work, no refunds are offered as these products are made to order. However, we offer a warranty on all products.

SECTION 5 - WARRANTY

For custom orders, you agree that the items are tailored specifically to your requirements. These products are non-refundable, but we will work with you to ensure quality and satisfaction.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including any injuries or damages caused during installation or use.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.
