WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay for flexible payments.

For local customers, we also accept cash on pickup.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM FABRICATION?

Yes! We can create custom bash bars, roll cages, intercooler pipes and exhausts, as well as other metalwork to fit your specific needs. Contact goodsportfabrication@gmail.com for any enquiries.

WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED?

We primarily use thick-wall, mild steel for our bash bars, ensuring durability and performance.

For custom fabrication projects, our materials can vary between aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel.

WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES?

Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the project. Most standard items ship within 2-3 days, while custom work may take longer.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS BOLT ON OR DO THEY REQUIRE WELDING?

All of our bash bars are direct bolt-on as per OEM, but some custom work may require minor trimming or clearance adjustments for a perfect fit.

We ship Australia-wide, delivering to all states and territories.

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP IN PERSON?

Absolutely! If you're local, we offer in-person pickup by appointment.

*Same Day Delivery is only available for in stock items and orders placed before 11:30am. All orders placed after 11:30am will be shipped the next day.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our standard shipping time is between 3 to 7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty. If your bash bar does not fit due to previous vehicle damage, we cannot offer a refund, as our products are designed to fit cars that have never been in a crash or sustained structural damage. For custom work, we do not offer refunds since each piece is made to order.

However, we do provide warranty coverage to ensure quality and durability.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If your product is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately at goodsportfabrication@gmail.com

We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances. Please provide photos and a description of the issue to help us assess the situation.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE?

Yes, we offer a warranty on all of our products, including custom work, to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
